Dear Sir,
I am using Tata docomo prepaid connection (9030228003) since last 20 months. This number was registered for all my banking transactions. Now this service got stopped without any intimation. I inquired at a Tata outlet. They are saying it was registered with some other person name. I purchased the SIM in one shop. I produced all supported documents. The SIM has balance of Rs.500/-.
How can I get my money and connection back. Kindly help me in this.
