Deleted my number by airtel

Dear sir,

I am Rachhpal Singh V.P.O. Burj Nakliyan Teh. Raikot Dist. Ludhiana Punjab India. I had mobile number 91 9417813404 of Airtel Company. I wanted MNP to Aircel and got UPC code AP 273861 on 21-10 from Airtel. I submitted my application in Aircel and got a Sim no. 89918120712143296350 on 23-10-12 from a dealer of Jagraon. My number is deleted by Airtel on 26-10-12. Now my Aircel Sim is not working. I asked from Jagraon distributor (Shere Punjab Telecom). The distributor replied me that My company has not detail of this number. I have enquired from Airtel Company but they did not give me response for this number. Now i am suffering with loss because i am a shopkeeper (mechanic ac and refrigeration). So give me justice
