I feel very unhappy to be treated like this.
I spoke to one of your customer care executive on 21/12 regarding the internet pack. As he stated, I need to recharge for 149 rs and i will be receiving 2 GB of 2G data and after that unlimited data at reduced speed. The next day I recharged for that but I got only 1 GB data. To inquire regarding this I called up the customer care again. But they just keep my phone in hold and disconnect it. It has been done thrice. I never expected this from airtel that the valuable customer being misguided and to get treated like this.
