Dear Sir,
As I am paying my land line telephone bill regularly and in a time limit also still I have to face this problem that my land line number which is mention as below:-
(020-27014648) which is register on my name i.e. Mrs. Vaishali Rajesh Joshi.
I have to give the complain every month regarding the phone is dead and this same condition has to face my me in this month also.
Not only that when I have applied for the land line I got the handset which is very old and the condition was also very bad still I told the person to provide me the new handset but they ignore.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible
