Aircel deduct my balance by activating 'shayri pack'.when i call to coustmer care then i complaint regarding this.but that person deactivate the shayri pack that i want but he also deactivate my internet pack..
then i called back to care a lady picked the phone nd put hold after 1 min she cut my phone, after that i call 5-6 times to care but care don't pick my phone..
i want my money back and re activate my remaining internet pack..
this type of mistake is not new, this happens with me 3-4 times..
help me, either i change company.nd register the complaint in consumer court.
