Incentive not credited

My ROFFER incentive and booster OTF are not credited properly its credited partially or null. In customer care also they are not answering properly. These things are happening throughout the year. They are promoting fake promotion messages and not act accordingly. If they are not interested to give incentives then why they are sending those message continuously.i need solution for these things
