I made complain couple of time to customer care but my problem doesnot resolved. The problem of not getting Tata Network (Mobile no. 9219508512) for more than 10 days in Pauri District, Garhwal (Uttarakhand)
I am right now in Haridwar, where i had Tata Service, But in Pauri where i m working there is no tata signal for more than 10 days. I am residing there for more than 3 year without losing signal for single day. But these days i am facing so much problem.
If problem persist, then i should port it with other service provider. I m your old customer having postpaid connection. Please forward this mail to your higher authority or anybody else so that my problem could be rectified.
