Dear airtel, I would like to complain about getting back my refund from your company of rs.5000.On the 27th of October I've made a request to airtel customer care for a disconnection of my post-paid numbers 9816066348 & add on number 9816012047. My request/reference number is 46723082.I was promise to get the refund within 60 days. However, last week they sent me with a telephone bill (rental fee). I was shocked. I today, contacted the airtel dealer in Dharamsalla, HP, India for help and refund but they said that I'll get my refund after 3 months time. I don't understand airtel customer service. This is totally unacceptable. Airtel please do not harass your consumer.
PLEASE REFUND BACK MY MONEY OF RS.5000.00 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
