Aircel customer care helpline is pathetic. people over there have no idea of how to solve a problem & how to talk to a customer who is suffering because of their network problem. incoming & outgoing facility on my cell was barred on 3rd April, eventually outgoing started by the end of the day but incoming was still a problem.
i called the customer care 4 times on 3rd April & 2times on 4th of April but my incoming facility problem persisted. Then a person from the customer care called me & asked how was he able to call me despite having a barred incoming facility. The person at the other end was literally shouting & definitely has no manners to talk to a lady.
I'm not having fun by doing all this but what i know is i am not going to have this network again nor suggest anyone to have this.
I am sure no body at AIRCEL cares about customer and customer care department is dummy with nothing to do except giving false assurance.
