Money Deduction from Aircel no

Aircel is deducting money from my account without my knowlegde by activating Dialer tune service.

On 5 April they activate dialer tune without my knowledge and deduct Rs 3 for 3 days and my balance got reduced to Rs 3

.I registered complaint with them and till now that complaint is not processed, After that I recharge my account, and the next day 6th April,

aircel again activate dialer tune and deduct Rs 30 from my account, again i registered another complaint for my balance refund and getting nothing,

I am registering this complaint with you for prompt action, so that i get my balance refunded and can do next recharge without any fear of automatic balance deduction
