Charges for VAS SMS1P Rs19 cut but benefit not getting

My reliance mobile no. 9021234879. I regularly use VAS SMS1P on auto renewal basis. Recently my sms pack renew on 30/12 and i got sms for the same on 30/12 4:46AM. but still my SMS charge Rs1 per sms is cutting. For this problem i call your customer care on 198 two times they called me complaint is taken and you got complaint no by SMS but uptill now i not get SMS releted complaint.

Please take necessary action to get beneficent of SMS1P on my mobile no. 9021234879
