Charges for VAS SMS1P Rs19 cut 2 times

Sir/Madam

My reliance mobile no. 9021234879. I regularly use VAS SMS1P on auto renewal basis. Recently my sms pack renew on 30/12 and 31/12 twice. I got sms for cutting os charges Rs 19 two times on 30/12 4:46AM and 31/12 4:47AM.

Please take necessary action to get back my 19Rs to my balance on my mobile no. 9021234879
