Not able to get the benefits of Reliance Recharge

Hi,

I am also the victim of reliance blackberry plan, on 29th Dec 12 i did the recharge of 398 for GSM mobile after confirming from the executive, i did the recharge and i was told that my BB services will be activated in nxt 3 hrs, after 3 hrs when i tried to use BB service i was getting a error" service is not handhled for this", i called this guys and reported this issue, they transfer the call to their techical department and there excutive told me some steps to Hard boot the phone and then register thru HRT and will be able to use the services, i did that but still was not able to use, i reported them the same, they took the complaint and told me that my resolution will be done in 72 hrs as my plan is activated in system but on server due to some technical error my details are not updated.By the time they deducted 40 ruppees from my account and didn't want to listen to my request.

I think i did the biggest mistake of my life by doing the recharge for BB.
