No deactivation of BB plan

My phone no. is 9501194333.

i had activated the BBD plan but now they are not stopping or de-activating it.by the message "StopBBD" to 121.

there is a reply "203" every time... but with no results...!!

even after sending messages for the 4 days for stopping the Blackberry Plan on this no., they are not stopping it..

and also they are auto-renewing it every night... and deducting my balance.
