I am an advocate in profession,
I was a satisfied airtel postpaid customer since last 6 months till I activated an internet pack.
My plan is 249 corporate and I activated Rs 98 internet One GB pack.
I got bill amount of 1400.
I utilized only less than half GB and for 21 days
I used to get some SMS from Airtel that, I activated some service packs, actually I didn't activated any kind of service packs (I am also MSc in Information Technology graduate) I will produce my mobile for any kind of check, I made 3 complaints, I got a answer that the amount will be wavered once the bill generated, but the incident repeating, then I requested to discontinue the pack. I changed the sim to a normal mobile to avoid any further internet usage.
Note: the cancelled date is wrong it was 11th Dec (I have SMS with me to prove), bill also showing the internet usage till 11th Dec.

I contacted Customer care, they told me that they will waiver the amount for value added services (Rs 415).
but I have to pay remaining amount including 513.8 which don’t have details in the bill. customer care explained me that amount for internet usage.
After deactivation I didn't used internet, from the bill it showing, I didn't crossed the allowed data (one GB for one month, but utilized less than (489 MB) half GB for 21 days)
I called 3 times again to get rectify the issue, i got a information that, they will call me back within 4 hours, i didn't received any calls.
I mailed to the following nodal officer for any help.

but i didn't received any reply.
There is no response from the customer care to solve the issue,
Why should I pay an amount which I didn't utilize?
