Refund of Money of not successful recharge

HI

on 31/1 I recharged with rupee 30 on " 9907563857" and giving Email ID :- " [email protected] " by Paying online through Net banking through a account of Allahabad bank of account number ' 50072068713 '.

But I did not received the amount in my number and I also not received any mail. and my money is not returned to me.

And I also mail the same matter to Reliance customer care on email id - '[email protected] ' .

So I am expecting that soon my money will be refunded.

Please help to get out of this problem.
