Fraudulent offers and Irresponsible customer care

Hi,

I kumar is very interested in DOCOMO (Once upon a time) and i am a retailer of tata docomo. But Now it is not at a good choice to who are porting or taking a new connection.here i want to tell about the worst support they are offering.

1. when we call to customer care to solve an issue they are allowing us to talk for only one time and when we call for second there is a voice saying to send a mail regarding to that problem.(i think it is not possible to every one to go and mail to you) and sometimes customer care people are disconnecting the line in the middle of conversation with out any notice.

2. tariff vouchers they offer are fraudulent ones with a number of conditions that a common man cannot understand and they are not letting customer to know what exactly the offer is.

For eg- the situation i faced is i am in 2 sec 1 paisa offer (ten days to expire) when i recharged with 222 in order to make use of 2 sec 1 paisa offer for one month from the date of recharge . but i didn't get that offer . when i called to customer care they are saying that you are not eligible for the offer since i am already in 2sec /1 paise offer . then i asked them to cancel the presently available offer in my sim so that i can enjoy the same pack for 30 days on recharging wit 222. for that they are saying that it is not possible and i have to wait for ten more days till the offer i had will expire and then i have to recharge for 222. (means in that mean time i have to use another sim to talk to others since i have no balance in my sim). SO I CAN SAY FIRMLY THAT THIS OFFER IS A FRAUD ONE AND THEY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS BY SAYING THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE UCH OFFER TO ALL WHO RECHARGE WITH 222. and all this non-sense thing about this offer is not known to even retailer also (i.e, me). this is the third time i am suffering with this network.

Lastly i want to tell that being a ported customer now i had a worst experience with your

a) offers

b) Network (i.e, lack of signal).

c) irresponsible customer service.

d) non-reliable offers

I sincerely request TRAI people to look after these complaints and provide a channel to consumers in order to share their problems with you.
