SIM CARD REJECTED

I am Bhagwati prasad mob no 9200595995 (MNP ON 1 MAY) my outgoing and incomming calls bared on 27 may then i submitted documents set in aircel office (INDERGANJ, GWALIOR) on 15 may & 27 May they told me for 24Hr but My mobile no 9200595995 is dissconnected from Aircel services on 29-May-12 due to documents not received. number got deleted from Aircel service. while i alreddy submitted documents with filled form on 27 may at aircel office (inderganj, Gwalior) what is my fault sir? How can return this number
