Balance diduction

Hy sir, i am anshuman kumar from patna.

i am using an aircel from around 2 months. Today around 12.00 PM my some balance got diducted without my asking for any service. when i called consumer court then they refused to return my balance saying that i had download some game from somwere.

sir i didnt downloaded any game and i want my credit back else next month i will port my number.
