Automatic activation of friend zone

Sir,

with due regards, i am completly unsatisfied with the services provided by aircel.

my mobile No. is 9803320448.

i am using this number from a year or so.

recently, i received a sms from aircel like " friend zone service has been activated on your mobile"

and now aircel have cut Rs. 30 from my balance.

i have not activated any friend zone and neither i have called on any of the Number to activate such a scheme.

So, I request you to please look into that matter and take necessary steps accordingly.
