Cheating customer by blocking their money

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have done the recharges via ww.freecharge.in after confirming with the recharge. I have done recharge on number 9049990577 which is Vodafone number. Freecharge people has deducted the amount from my bank account and they were not able to recharge successfully from their side. Freecharge people confirmed that recharge was unsuccessful. So they need to credit back the money to my bank account but they didn't. They have blocked my money on their website saying that FC balance. I requested them more than 4 times to return back my money to my bank account but they are not listening to me at all.

1. Order Id: FCVW1301042744505

Amount: Rs.232/-

2. Order Id: FCVW1301022682358

Amount: Rs.361/-

Please do the needful to get my complete amount to my bank account.
