I have recharged my Tata Docomo number (919038774248) with 300rs/- for which i should get 324 rs/-.

i had done this recharge through online from Tata Docomo Website on 21st December. After the giving the credentials amount was debited from my credit card and the i got the Transaction successful message. But i didnt receive my balance. After calling 121 (cust care) they said as its online transaction they need 1 week time to get the details. And after my repeated requests they logged complain on 31st December.

they provided me the resolution date as 2nd January 10:03:00 AM. but till now i didnt receive my balance either in my mobile or to my bank.

Whenever i call customer care they say, " we didnt get response from Network Team, your complaint is still open and it will be closed in 24 hours", from past 5 days they are saying the same.

Please do the needful either to get my mobile recharged or my money refunded back to my Bank.
