I have been trying to update my validity which expired on 4th Jan. But even after recharging 2 times with INR 56, my services have not yet started. I am not able to make any calls as well as people who call my phone are getting message that "this no. is temporarily out of service"

PLEASE HELP!!! I NEED TO RESTART MY SERVICES URGENTLY!!!
