Regarding duplicate Sim

Dear sir / Ma'am

I am Ratan Kumar, I have a mobile number which I have issued on my friends ID but Now I have lost my no along with my mobile, my mobile number is7204200186, I went to get this connection on a new Sim card on my ID proof because this is my important number and I can't change it.
