I have been a docomo customer for nearly 2 years now and i have been getting disconnected nearly once every month in relation to documents... DISPITE RESUBMITTING DOCUMENTS... either documents not recieved and now for the nth number of time i m getting disconnected as documents submitted are incorrect... i have been giving my documents for the nth number of time to get my connection reactivated... and this is really a harassment on your part

IT IS YOUR JOB TO TAKE CARE OF THE DOCUMENTS WE SUBSCRIBERS SUBMIT... (OR IS IT JUST GOING OUT TO WASTE)

INITIALLY YOU LOST MY DOCUMENTS SO I SUBMITTED AGAIN AND AGAIN...

NOW YOU HAVE CROSSED MY LIMIT OF PATIENCE AND TOLERANCE...

I AM NOT ABLE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE!!! ALL BUSY WITH OTHER CLIENTS...

EVEN IF I WOULD HAVE CONNECTED... NOBODY EVER KNOWS WHAT THE HELL IS THE PROBLEM... AND ALWAYS A LAME EXCUSE THAT "DOCUMENTS ARE NOT RECEIVED" IS GIVEN...

I DONT HAVE THE TIME AND ENERGY NOW TO REPEAT SUBMITTING MY DOCUMENTS EACH AND EVERY TIME U MISPLACE IT / LOSE IT / OR WATEVER THE HELL YOU DO WITH THE DOCUMENTS...

I NEED A PROPER SOLUTION... A PERMANENT ONE...

my number is 9741970149 with karnataka circle...

i had done MNP from airtel to docomo... and i donno why i did it now...

ill have to go back to airtel i suppose...

this is complete nonsense and irresposibility on ur part.
