Delayed raising of Home Landline bill on portal for payment

I pay my all Home landline Telephone bills online at bsnl site "Online Payment of Land Line " telephone.

But I normally faceing problem that when I watch the BSNL SITE for payment every time my bill is being raised delay on portal.

I would like to inform that pls raise my bill of Home land line connection's bill well in time at BSNL SITE PORTAL of ONLINE PAYMENT OF LAND LINE
