I have taken a Tata Docomo Postpaid SIM with Rs.1299 Plan. According to the plan, I should get 2GB 3G data free and unlimited 2G data. I called up the customer support asking for the 3G Settings for my Apple iPhone 4. They asked me to send a message with 1299 typed to 52270. I got a reply saying that "My phone does not support automatic settings and I have to contact Customer Support for Manual settings". I called up the customer support again, asking for the manual settings. At first they asked me to enter APN as TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC. I tried using this APN, but neither the 3G data nor the 2G data was working. I called the customer support again telling them the error I was facing. They again asked me to change the APN to "internethvc". I tried using this APN and I was getting the same error. I called up the customer support/technical department again telling them about the error. They told me to call 18602665555 and press 149 to log a complaint for this issue, but the person told me that there is no problem at there end and ask me to again call the technical department to resolve the issue. I can't understand to call whom?
These Tata Docomo support team is not able to tell me how to fix the porblem.
