Deduct money without information

Respected Sir,

i m using the service of AIRCEL network. my mobile number is 919549769493

this no. is coverted (MNP) from VODAFONE network.. the MCA (missed call alert) service is provide by aircel at the time of MNP at free of cost for 1 mnth. now after the 1 month this service is auto renewied by the AIRCEL. while i dnt want this service. and deduct the money from my account of rs. 15

now they refused that my money back...

plz help me sir
