A value pack was activated on my no. 9971532784 today without my permission.when i talked to customer care to refund my money, he refused.even after this i dailled 198 & selected the option to stop the value added service but got the message that there is no active value pack on my no.now i want this value pack to be stopped on my no. & my money to be refunded which the company is denying.
