Dear sir,
I had activated sms pack39 in December on my reliance gsm number 9026399664. I did not know it would get renewed so i activated it again in January. Now the first pack gets renewed and money is deducted from my account every week. I sent deact pack39 to 53739 but i just got a reply no default configured.
Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter and deactivate the first pack.
