This Is Hrishi Singh from Dadra i am using Reliance mobile no 7878737667 since from December and after that i have activated 59 STD pack for that number and after that no problem up to the 10.01.2013 but on 10.01.2013 my balance was deducted of Rs 28.00 from My account so i have contacted to reliance customer care and registered a complain on this and customer care representative told that the amount is wrongly deducted from account and amount Rs 28.00 will refunded with in 24hrs and provided me the complaint number also the complaint no is 182788252 but still that amount is not credited my account. and again i have recharge with Rs 59.00 on 10.01.2013 For Std Pack and Rs 110.00 for full talk time offer after that i have use some Rs 20.00 for calling. But today morning date 12.01.2013 i have got a message from your end that Rs 59.00 is deducted for VAS charge after that i have contacted to your customer care representative he is not answered in a proper way and he saying that kind amount is not deducted from your account If deducted also not possible to refund its too cheating from reliance. So pleas Resolve this issue ASAP
