my brother (Anuj Tiwari) was using aircel sim card (9974880663) from last 2years..
but on 10th jan the outgoing and incoming call in this number are barred..and when calling to customercare office they told me that your number will be activate within 24hrs..but as after 24hrs the number wasnt activated..and now they are neither responding my call nor activating that...
so need your help...
