An amount of Rs 30/- has been deducted from my account balance on 14 Jan. When i complained to customer care firstly they were disconnect my call without any information. I repeated it again but response was same. After a long time they received my call and told me that you have send international sms. They deny to return my balance and even they did not give me a positive response. Please do the needful.
