POOR 3G SERVICE

I am using MTNL prepaid telecom service and also using the 3G service provided by MTNL MUMBAI network.

Very often it is noticed that the 3G service provided by MTNL MUMBAI is of very poor service and very unreliable and often gets disconnected and i am suffereing serious loss in my transactions.

I have been paying a lot for the 3G service, whereas i am not able to get good and reliable service from the provider.

Kindly take action to rectify the above issue of 3G service of MTNL in MUMBAI AREA.
