Post Paid SIm getting billed even after SIM is Blocked and request was submitted for cancellation

I had lost the Airtel Sim and had blocked it after losing it. Since I was not interested in further using dint claim for another and had mentioned the airtel representative of not interested in continuing with Post Paid plan. I paid all the dues until tehn.

But still they kept me billing for 6 months and I dint notice that, but they started calling to my other number and kept pressurizing in paying the bill.

So finally did oblize paying the bill, but even until now they havenot cancelled my number though have informed them.

Bill has almost reached 2k. Now again they want me to pay the amount before cancelling it.

Airtel being such a big customer is cheating with people. Though I havenot used their service for 1 year they kept me constantly billing it and they want me to pay the entire amount before cancelling again.

Please let me know of what can be done with these kind of cheaters
