DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT

Respected Sir/Madam.

I am Vishnu from Srikalahasti. I'm a customer of BSNL for the past 7yrs and i have changed to AIRCEL by Mobile Number Portability. I has sent a message for callertune activation on 27th july. Amount has been deducted from my balance and more than 40rs has been deducted with out any reason, but still i had not activated any callertune. I had complained to customer care executives, but no one is responding for my complaint.

So iam prepared to go for legalsteps. Kindly support my complaint and give notice to the AIRCEL company.
