Without any information cut my Balance

Dear Sir,

I had recharge our aircel Mob. No. 8410386527 date 3.08.2011 with Rs. 50 and same day cut Rs. 41 in my balance without any information & when i contect with customer care and i want take our complain no. then he told i can not give complain no. to you.

pls look the matter & do the needful as soon as possible urgently.
