Imposing value added services without permission

Dear Sir,

I use aircel mobile services for a long time but later i come to know that they are deducting amount without my permission from my balance. They frequently call me and inform me about the latest offers but each and every time I deny any offer despite they deduct a portion of money from my account.

Please solve this problem..
