Aircel easy recharge online
Amount debited but not recharged

I recharged my aircel no 9768641968 online amt Rs.299 on aircel.com via city bank through my bank of india debit card. My bank reported me by sms about deduction Rs299 in f/o POS-AIRCL LTD-MUMBAI CI on 25-07.But aircel reporting me of not having any transactions. Please suggest me what to do.
