Im the Post paid customer of Aircell. My Connection Number is 98422-36617.
From the Past four months lot of false commitments issued by the Aircell Customer care regarding migration of Postpaid connection to Prepaid Connection.
Customer care persons told me from the past four months like "We will change ur connection type (post paid to prepaid) in this month end (after completion of billing cycle)".
Last Month i received a mail from aircel customer care as follows
Dear Sir,
With reference to the below mail and as per the teleconversation the undersigned had with you, we would like to inform that details regarding postpaid to prepaid migration for your mobile number 9842236617 has been provided and the same has been agreed upon.
Your reference number for the request is D02008345194.
