Connection not activated

The company has taken Rs.300 as security deposit aganist postpaid connection on 14th Dec and has activated the connection. The collection agent after collecting the documents & money, promised to activate the connection in 48hours. No body is responding to my calls and I have sent email for the same but there is no action from aircel.
