Unfair balance deductions

Hello Sir/Ma'am,

I am Ankit Gupta and I have been using Aircel Mobile services for the last 3 years. During the last couple of months the company has been deducting my account balance. I had lodged several complaints with the concerned customer care but the all the executives over there are continuously trying to manipulate the situation despite of proving a reasonable solution.

These guys lodge the complaints and afterwards give non-sense replies...
