I am using the aircel prepaid mobile simcard for last 6 months. The mobile no. is 9807370893, This simcard purchased from Puja Medical Stores, Sakaldiha Bazar, Sakaldiha, District Cahandauli. On the time of purchased this simcard, I hve submitted the address proof (Rashan Card Xerox copy) and photograph twice. After few days the service is suddenly stopped due to these documents was not submitted by the agent / aircel representative in aircel office. After few days the service was still continued. Again the midnight of 24.11. the service was stopped. When I called to customer care, the executive was told me that to submit again the documents to retailer. But I am out of station and here I have no my rashan card. So what I sholud do?
