Without customer's permission voice chat activated and balane also cut customer's account

Hello Sir,

This is jayant singh from laksar, Haridwar my mobile no. is 09808017027, sir i bag to say that your aircel costomer care serivice is not working good bcoz when i call in customer complaint care 198 so they are not giving the good satisfication and cut the call after say avery body sir this not my problum this is network problum. and sir last ninght your 30 rupees cut from my account when i called on 198 so they was saying that sir voice chat service is available on your network, after that i asked to that person sir why you did not any call and any sms for this service, so he has cut that call.

sir, pleese credit my 30 rupees in account 9808017027 and stop this unknown service as activeted without my permission.
