Pocket Internet - Not Receiving the SETTING

I have recharged with Rs 98 Pocket Internet for my Nokia 7610 not till date not received the GPRS SETTING...

I have tried to call the customer care for more than 100 times... response is that the executive is busy and the phone is disconnected... even i call at 12.30 to 1.00 AM at night till the same answer.

I sent SMS also PI to 121, WAP to 121 & ALL to 121 but no response.

Please Help me out...
