Dear All, I gave a return complaint on 24-sep to aircel cell city at OMR regarding GPRS reversal and de activation. (Cause - Unable to activite GPRS in the mobile- Setup not received Fault with aicel). They took a complaint on this, Complient Number 1-2683564331. On sep Month total billed amount is 1329 This is inclusive of reversal amount Rs 108. They said reduce the Rs 108 and pay the remaining amount of rs 1221. it pid on the same day.

On Oct Month i received a bill stating that Rs 108 previous month balance late fee Rs 25 Current Month GPRS Charge Rs 98 (all Taxes) and other VAS chrges of Rs 30 ect.

Every time i went to aircel cell city and told my problems, They are not considering the words. This will rectify on next month bill amont. litterly they are irretating me. Kindly take a necessary action on this.
