I HAD PAID Rs.250/- & Rs.200/- RESPECTIVELY FOR THE TWO POSTPAID MOBILE NUMBER OF AIRCEL 7299900487 & 7299900488 ON 01 DEC THROUGH ONLINE FROM SBI ACCOUNT, BUT MY ACCOUNT HAVE BEEN DEBITED WITH ONE EXCESS PAYMENT OF Rs.250/- (i.e INSTEAD OF Rs.450/- MY A/C WAS DEBITED OF Rs.700/-), WHEN INQUIRED IN BANK I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT AIRCEL CUSTOMER CARE.I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT WITH CUSTOMER CARE COMP NO.I-31754779468 BUT NO RESPONSE TILL DATE.
