Hi, I recently bought a Aircel Prepaid connection. I recieved so many promotional calls, SMS for Caller Tunes and their products. I raised a complaint in their customer service help desk. They are saying they are doing with PAR to TRAI regulations. I have never opted to get such type of promotional information to my number. On what basis they are calling my number even after i raised a complaint? I have even registered for DND. But they are saying that they will take 45 days time to deactivate (meaning i wont get such promotional calls after 45 days). How can they call and disturb me with these promotional calls. I opted for Aircel for my personal use and not for their promotional products. I donno why they are using my personal number for their promotional purposes. Request you take necessary action against AIRCEL.
