I am using Aircel my phone no is 8802335004. Firstly in this July a phone come from custmer care regading dialer tune services. i never said them to active this service yet they active it and charged Rs 30. then i call them but they did not return money. then i deactive this service and also activated Do not Disturb service after this there phone does not come. But today (3 Augest 2010) i received a message from them saying that ur Dialer Tune will be activated in 24 hr. and they charged Rs 30 again. When I called the Custmare care service (two times) they said it is actived around 7.30 pm today, But i has not recieved any call. When i ask the reason they just end my call in between the conversion (two times), Although they were Charging me for the Call. Now I want my money back. They Just made this a business to loot the Peoples.
