Cricket Alerts without my permission

My Mobile No.9944506650. The service provider enabled cricket updates through SMS without my permission and Deducts 50 paise / SMS. When I checked with them they are telling it will be disconnected within 24 hours, but still one week the same reply they are giving the alerts are not stopped for every alert they are deducting 50 paise / SMS Daily they are sending 2 to 3 SMS.
